- If you create wrong post.
- Send message on post without interest.
- Other illegal activities
Notes
If you don't reply to the message after reading your post, your profile rating will be lowered, you will not be able to post in the future.
We do not require any kind of OTP, nor do we charge any kind of service charge.
There will be a call from our side for only account verification and post verification..
Location Permission:
We need access to your device's location to show properties near you. This information will only be used to improve your experience within the app. Your location data will not be shared with third parties.
Camera/Storage Permissions:
We need access to your camera and storage to upload property images. These images will be displayed as part of your property listing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Name/Phone Number Collection :
We require your name to create an account and notify you about property updates, listings, and app-related information. We will not share your name with any third parties without your consent.
Property address Collection :
we require your address for create an property property and display property listing.
We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect information such as your device identifier, IP address, approximate location, and interactions with ads. નીચેના કિસ્સામાં તમારું એકાઉન્ટ કાયમી ધોરણે સસ્પેન્ડ કરવામાં આવશે:

તમારી નજીકની મિલકતો બતાવવા માટે અમને તમારા ઉપકરણના સ્થાનની ઍક્સેસની જરૂર છે. આ માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ ફક્ત એપ્લિકેશનમાં તમારા અનુભવને સુધારવા માટે કરવામાં આવશે. તમારો સ્થાન ડેટા તૃતીય પક્ષો સાથે શેર કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.

નામ/ફોન નંબર સંગ્રહ :
અમારે એકાઉન્ટ બનાવવા અને પ્રોપર્ટી અપડેટ્સ, લિસ્ટિંગ અને એપ્લિકેશન-સંબંધિત માહિતી વિશે તમને સૂચિત કરવા માટે તમારા નામની જરૂર છે. અમે તમારી સંમતિ વિના કોઈપણ તૃતીય પક્ષ સાથે તમારું નામ શેર કરીશું નહીં.
